Pilates.

We believe in the transformational work of the Pilates system and know it can be accessible to each student we teach.

It is our pure joy to find ways that everyone can discover the benefits of the mat work and the different apparatus inside our studio.


TRX.

Our 45 minute classes are a great mix of strength and stretch using the TRX suspension training systems as well as hand weights, bands, and other effective tools.

You will need to wear tennis shoes.


Barre.

Mobility, coordination, strength, balance, and stamina are all challenged during our time using the ballet barre and more.

But you are having so much fun that you might forget that you are working out!

No ballet experience or grippy socks required.
